Media specs

Hi all,

I recommend submitting you media as either mp3 (audio) or .m4v (video). This media is compatible with 90% or more of computer out there.
The website is not working right now with putting videos into podcasts but in the future the .m4v file will be standard.
Use iTunes or another mp3 converter to convert your recordings to either 64kbps stereo or 96kbps stereo. The later bitrate will reproduce better stereo imaging and is better for music. If your recording does not need this then please use the 64kbps bitrate. This will only save your audience time when downloading your media.
Please be sure to put the correct ID3 tags in your mp3's as well. There is code within the site that can extract this information to put details within your posting.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at mross@mypodworks.com.

Thanks,
Matt
